All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at X Golf Cars — including new golf carts, pre-owned golf carts, parts, accessories, and installed upgrades — are final at the time of sale. X Golf Cars does not accept returns or exchanges on any completed purchase for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, color preference, or feature preference.

By completing a purchase with X Golf Cars, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the sale is final and non-refundable.

Pre-Purchase Responsibility

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect the golf cart prior to completing their purchase. Our team is available to answer any questions, provide a full demonstration, and allow test drives before your buying decision is made. Please ask about:

• Battery condition and remaining life
• Vehicle condition and any known cosmetic or mechanical issues
• Feature specifications and compatibility with your community's requirements
• Warranty coverage included with the vehicle

Warranty Coverage

While returns and exchanges are not offered, X Golf Cars stands behind the quality of our products through applicable manufacturer and dealer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by vehicle and is disclosed at the time of sale. Warranty claims must be submitted through the appropriate channel as outlined in your warranty documentation.

Warranty coverage does not constitute a return or exchange policy and does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the purchase price.

Parts & Accessories

All parts and accessories purchases are also final. Installed accessories and upgrades cannot be removed or refunded after installation is complete. Please confirm all specifications and compatibility with our team before authorizing any installation work.

Service Work

Payment for completed service and repair work is due upon completion. Completed service work is non-refundable. If you have concerns about service performed on your vehicle, please contact us directly so we can review the work.
